Duvalley White wine reserve box whit two bottles of wine, 750ml each.
Golden color, complex aroma and ripe tropical fruit resembling, with hints mineral accompanied with notes of toast. In the mouth it is unctuous, with good acidity giving the wine an excellent freshness. Structured, with ripe fruit flavors and persistent end.
The grapes have undergone a slow and gentle pressing, hyper-oxygenation controlled sedimentation at 4 ° C for 24 hours. 50% of the wine was fermented in 400 L barrels of American oak and 50% in new barrels of French oak, with battonage biweekly for a year and a half. Staged one year in bottle.
