It staged during 18 months in wood and 24 months in bottle in the wine-cellars of the Convent of the Cartuxa. The modernization of style begun with 2003 is completed in this version of 2005. But the aromatic complexity is maintained, with many notes of wood, which accompany the very elegant ripe fruit. Beauty structure of mouth, rich, with silky tannins and flavours of black plum and cocoa. Firm, involving, sophisticated, a Pera Manca of the modern times but that does not renounce totally the past.
