A citrus-colored wine, intense and complex aromas. The smell conveys a tone of minerality and floral aromas. The palate is a wine with acidity giving a great freshness.
Aging in oak barrels for 6 months.
To harmonize on fresh goat cheese, oysters, grilled fish, seafood and white meats.
It should be served between 6 and 8 C.
